Thanks for using Nauticfan. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we're here to help.

Money back

You have 14 calendar days to claim a money back process from the date you paid your company profile. You have to show the invoice or proof of purchase and give is the reason why you are unsatisfied with our service.

Refunds

Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the case it and notify you that we have received your claim. First we will try to help you with changing your company profile to your satisfection. If you are not happy with the results, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost for bank transfer and transactions will be deducted from your refund.
